RETURN POLICY

If you receive an item, significantly not as described please contact us immediately and we can assess the situation, we will review our photos and videos. We won't be able to accept any returns/exchanges/discounts with claims past 48 hours after delivery date and security tags have been removed or tampered.

Most of our items are on a consignment basis, and once we sell the item, we pay the consignor, and due to this reason, we don't accept returns or exchanges.

All items are guaranteed authentic but if an item is proven to be not authentic we will process your refund. Feel free to have it authenticated for your peace of mind. For disputes, we will honor certificates from reputable companies, Entrupy and Leather surgeons and Bababebi only. 

• For disputes, we will honor Authenticity Certificates from Leather Surgeon, Bababebi and Entrupy only.
• We don't honor certificate of authenticity based on photos or authenticators who are resellers/consignment stores as well
• When returning make sure our tags are not removed/altered (we shipped all items with serial coded tags with "not returnable if tag is removed")

We physically inspect all handbags, fine jewelry, shoes and accessories for authenticity. We offer a lifetime return policy if any of our items are proven to be not authentic.

• Chanel handbags and small leather goods will come with VLuxeStyle Authenticity Certificate with an additional Entrupy Authenticity Certificate
• Dior handbags will come with VLuxeStyle Authenticity Certificate with an additional Entrupy Authenticity Certificate
• Hermes Kelly, Birkin and Constance will come with VLuxeStyle, Entrupy and Bababebi Authenticity Certificate, other styles of handbags will come with VLuxeStyle and Bababebi Authenticity Certificate  and small leather goods will come VLuxestyle and Entrupy Authenticity Certificate 
• Chanel and Hermes, for disputes we will honor Authenticity Certificates from Leather Surgeon, Bababebi, Entrupy, Hermes/Chanel repair. If deemed not authentic will accept your return and process the refund
• Cartier and Van Cleef, for disputes we accept Cartier and Van Cleef polishing/repair service as a form of authentication. If deemed not authentic, we will accept your return and process the refund
• We don't honor certificate of authenticity based on photos or authenticators who are resellers/consignment stores as well
