Concierge Service: Here's how it works.
- Get a Quote: Reach out to us for a personalized quote
- Email Us: Whether you're a Buyer or Seller, send the order number to info@vluxestyle.com and include the other party in the email as well.
- Seller's Item Description: The Seller needs to email us a detailed description of the item and inclusions. Include clear, close-up photos showing the front, back, sides, and corners. Any signs of use, odor, or flaws must be mentioned.
- Shipping to Us: We will provide the Seller with a shipping label. Insurance is optional but recommended for peace of mind.
- Our Inspection: After we receive the item, it will go through a thorough inspection for authenticity and condition.
- Payment: If the item passes inspection, the Buyer pays the Seller. Payment can be made using cash-only methods like Zelle or Bank transfer. Alternatively, payment can be made via credit card or Affirm on our website. The buyer agrees that all sales are final.
- Payment Confirmation: The Seller must email info@vluxestyle.com to confirm they've received full payment.
- Shipping to Buyer: VLuxeStyle will then send the item to the Buyer.
- Communication: To ensure transparency, ensure all communications include both the Buyer and the Seller. The entire transaction is managed via email.
- Customs fees (if applicable) incurred by shipping outside of the United States are not the responsibility of VLuxeStyle
- If items are deemed not authentic, the concierge service fee, authentication fees, and shipping cost are non-refundable
- We provide discounted shipping rates, insurance is optional, shipping cost is not included in the concierge service cost
- Promotional and Discount codes are not applicable to the agreed price
- The buyer agrees that all sales are final.
- In the event of cancellation at any time, concierge service fees are non-refundable
- We accept non-refundable payments for the concierge service via Zelle, Bank Transfer, or Wise.
- If the item passes inspection, the Buyer pays the Seller. Payment can be made using cash-only methods like Zelle or Bank transfer. Alternatively, payment can be made via credit card or Affirm on our website.
- If the buyer chooses to check out on our website using credit or Affirm, we will send the payment to the seller once the item has been received by the buyer to confirm there are no returns.
- For credit card and Affirm payments, we will send the payment to the seller via Zelle or Bank Transfer matching the seller's personal information.
Authentication:
- All items come with VLuxeStyle Authenticity Certificate.
- Complimentary Entrupy Authentication, applicable to the brands that they carry
- For Hermes quota bags, they will come with Bababebi at an additional cost of $150
- Feel free to request your preferred third-party authentication, which will incur an additional cost.
